WWII German railroad lantern
Carbide powered lantern from 3rd Reich period, complete with red and blue lenses on the sides, lens doors latch good and both door springs are functioning. Has a hole drilled in the back door, the internal parts have been replaced with a later issued unit, dated 1954 on tank and 1955 on the can. Back door has a German eagle with swastika and "DR"(Deutsche Reichsbahn) Painted gray, some rust, little paint loss. I don't know if this lantern works or not, but it looks complete, Aside from the whole in the back door this lantern is in pretty good condition.
